The purpose of the paper is to increase understanding, and develop skills in team leadership and facilitation, so that you can use these understandings and skills to facilitate effective communication in small group relations. You will learn skills to become a more effective team facilitator, with particular reference to workplace and organisational contexts.

Students who successfully complete the course should be able to:

Learning hours for this course are 150 hours over 15 weeks. Consider learning hours to be the total of class time and your own time. Therefore, you should expect to spend four hours each week in class, and six hours each week outside of class.
